Todays food...Green Day...pretty much the same as yesterday!
Top Left...porridge *made with half milk half water* (hxa&b) & tea (breakfast)
Middle Left...quiche & beans (lunch)
Bottom Left...kiwi & yogurt (snack)
Top Right...super speed soup (snack)
Bottom Right...braised steak(hxb) mash, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms & onions (tea)
I've had a few biscuits as needed something sweet!
