Not A Good Week

So last week I lost 2.5lb on after my first week back on plan....this week however I have gained 1lb.

I was a little bit gutted about the gain as I had food optimized and been good all week, not going over my synns....although all week I knew that it wasn't a good week and just felt that I wasn't going to lose.

I was a little wayward yesterday and had some of my mum's trifle after my tea....it was lovely.

I've now wiped the slate clean ready for the week ahead...I've had a good day today and I'm back to work tomorrow so that will help....I find my work routine much easier than when I'm off.

I've got a busy weekend ahead as usual....I think I'm off to the seaside for the day on Saturday and then attending a Wedding on Sunday with some of my lovely friends.

So I'm now low synning for the next few days ready for Sunday's Wedding....

...then it'll be weigh in day again....eeeeek....hopefully I can overturn this weeks gain....!

Back On Track

First week back on track since the Westlife Tour and I feel it's been a good one.

At weigh in on Monday I had lost 2.5lbs which I was very pleased with.

I have managed to eat out 3 times and have a night out.

In preparation for my busy week I synned low up until Saturday....I managed to put 48 syns in the syn bank including all 15 of Saturdays allowance.

Tuesday I went out with my lovely friend Leanne, she's good....doesn't have a pudding even though she loves them.  We usually have a starter and a main...unless it's a Monday and we go out after weigh in. 

Saturday I went to Warrington to see 911 at their 15 Year Anniversary Concert <3 we had a fabulous night.   Lots of vodka was drank, but was all within my saved syns, that way I didn't feel guilty or that I was ruining my hard work.



When I'm away for 1 night, I try and plan ahead....I ate a full cooked breakfast on Saturday and then had a snack of fruit before going out and then I had a meal out.  I took some Alpen Light Cereal bars with me and a tub of chopped pineapple and kiwi for Sunday's breakfast.

On Sunday I went out for a meal with my parents, we went for a Carvery......it was lovely.

I am looking forward to the week ahead, I have absolutely no plans this week.....which I am very sad about....!  I am working all weekend so there will be no BBQ's or nights out for me.

Back On It





So it's been a busy time with my Birthday & the Westlife Tour, but now it's time to get back to normal.

My last weigh in before the fun began was 28th Feb....and I was down to my lowest weight I'd been in a long long time.

On Saturday 5th March the fun began & off I went to Manchester to watch Boyzone with my girlies before heading off to Cardiff on the Sunday ready for the start of the Westlife tour <3

On Friday 11th March it was my 30th Birthday, I had a party on the 12th march where all of my lovely friends and family came and helped me to celebrate.  I had such a lovely time.....I had a dress from Monsoon, which I love....although I had previously had 3 dresses before this and chaged my mind about them all!

After the party it was time to continue on the tour....and I was away from home for at least 3 nights per week.  Driving city to city....having lots of giggles along the way....sadly not so much healthy food.

In the 5 weeks we drove over 1600 miles...up and down the UK....and between us probably drank that many pints of lager lol. 

Cities visited on the tour were...Cardiff, Newcastle, Nottingham, Liverpool, Manchester, London, Sheffield & Belfast.....I wish we could go back to Cardiff and start again.  This is one of my favourite pictures from Manchester on tour with Nicky Byrne <3

In between shows if I was at home I would try & stick to plan to minimise the damage that was being caused however I'm not sure why I bothered as I'm not sure it really did anything anyway.

We tried to take some healthy goodies on tour...alpen lights, mug shots aswell as low synned things such as kit kats and quavers (and a few birthday cupcakes found their way in the bag too)...although...the bag ended up full of drink rather than food.

I weighed in a couple of times thoughout the 6 week period and had gained on both occassions....this of course didn't concern me....I was enjoying myself.

My first weigh in to get me back on plan was on Monday 11th April and I had a total gain of 8.5lb over the 6 weeks....I am absolutely fine with that.....it has been a mad 6 weeks and I have had the best time....definitely worth every lb.

This is my 2nd day back on plan and it's all going well so far....saving my syns for the weekends fun and games.

I'm looking forward to a night out at the weekend and seeing 911 at their 15 year Anniversary gig in Warrington....it's gonna be a ball.
