Eeeee


I was really pleased with my loss this morning...especially as I've eaten nowhere near enough!!

I was worried when I saw that the scales were on carpet incase it messed the scales up...but clearly not! 

2.5lb to go now until my 2 stone award! Can I do it by Wednesday & before I go on my Holidays?!? Eeee I hope so!

Oooops

After a weekend full of eating out and drinking...and very little food optimising...I now need to get back on it today to minimise the damage and get s few more lbs shifted!

...Red Day...

Breakfast...hifi bar (hxb) 

Snack...fruit & a muller light

Lunch...mixed veg & stewed beef

Tea...chicken, jacket potato (hxb) & salad!

Syns...1x chocolate button & a spoon of coleslaw!

Good job I don't need to syn Gaviscon otherwise I'd be well over!!!!

Fluids...2 Litres water, 3x cups of tea & 2x glasses of soda water!

Hxa has been on milk in tea.

Im a bit nervous for weigh in this week as I've gone over my syns etc...ah well it's been a busy stressful week & shit happens!

 I can fix it!!!

Green Day

Breakfast...porridge...made with half water half milk (hxb & 1/2hxa)

Snack...muller light & grapes

Lunch...pasta, beans & cheese (1/2hxa)

Snack...strawberries &muller light 

Tea...omelette (3xeggs), bacon (hxb) cheese (1/2hxa) & spaghetti

Syns...brown sauce (1), 

Other 1/2 hxa is milk in tea only have a dash! 

Fluids drank...2L water & 3x cups of tea.

Today's food...green day



Update

Ive been slacking a bit this week...not because I can't be bothered but because I haven't got time! 

My Dad's in hospital & if Im not at work Im going visiting twice a day! There's just no time for meals at all!!!

I need to find a way of having something quick & healthy! 

I've only got 3 weeks to lose 7lb to achieve my 2 stone award ready for my holidays!

Green Day

Breakfast...*hxb & 1/2a* porridge made with half milk half water, cup of tea.

Lunch...egg fried rice, with sweet & sour sauce (1syn)

Afternoon snack...desperate measures at work called for chocolate...(8syns)

Tea...bacon *hxb* & mushroom omelette with a sprinkle of cheese...splodge of ketchup too (1syn)

Managed 2L water :)

Wanted to try & low syn but I was really desperate!!!
